Why yoga?

How old is #yoga? perhaps 5000 years old

There are not many things in our life time that last this long.

Our world on the outside might have shifted beyond our imagination

while our #inner #world may not have. What we love and desire also what we are fearful of remain unchanged within us. Moving our body matching our breath called #yoga help us find #inner #balance stilling fluctuations of our thoughts that are often not really true to our realities.

#take #deep #breaths and #trust your life just like your #breaths moving your chest up and down, you will always in the end find your #inner #balance back to our true state and #yoga will always remind you of this truth of our life
